Standard Conversion (Mid-Range)

£10,000 – £16,000

All Basic items PLUS insulation upgrades, power upgrades, recessed lighting, finished flooring, heating supply, internal finishes, test & certification for electrics.

Premium Conversion

£16,000 – £24,000+

All Standard items PLUS structural adaptations, built-in storage options, high-end flooring, integrated lighting packages, full decoration, bespoke joinery.

Luxury Conversion

£24,000 – £35,000+

Full structural opening work, large glazed bi-folds/doors, engineered flooring, underfloor heating, custom design elements, architectural detailing, project management.

4. Electrical Installation

• New consumer unit / socket circuits.
• LED downlights, switches & outlets.
• Optional bespoke lighting packages.
• Full NICEIC testing & certification.

5. Heating & Ventilation

• Radiator installation off existing heating system.
• Option: underfloor heating (premium).
• Mechanical ventilation where needed.

6. Doors & Windows

• External doors double glazing (options for French/bi-fold).
• Internal doors finished to spec.
• Optional skylights or additional windows.

7. Flooring

• Moisture-resistant base layer.
• Customer choice finish: engineered wood, LVT, carpet, tiles (quoted separately).
